Need attorney to review contract for joint venture I'm purchasing a small portion of equity (I'm more of a silent investor)

I am in need of representation for a situation where I am being exited from a company I Co-Founded and represented as the CEO for because I took on a full-time job in another company. We have not yet incorporated or filed any provisional patents on our technology but we are in the process of doing so after having received further funding to develop the company. I am a recent graduate and have just moved out from home so I do not have the most flexible budget right now, but I truly believe this is worth fighting for on behalf of myself the global impact this startup/our device will have. The company's incorporation is on an aggressive timeline so I am looking for as immediate representation as possible.
