You will find the answer to this question on my Online Counseling website
Can my online counseling website help you create positive changes in your life? Absolutely! I've been helping others deal with their misbehaving minds through counseling and hypnotherapy for almost three decades now.
Through this website, you will be able to access me and other mental-help sources. You will also find here a lot of helpful information about how you can solve your most pressing problems.
Your state of mind is your most precious possession. Everything in your life depends on the quality of your state of mind. Helping you to develop and maintain a positive and empowered state of mind is the main purpose of my online counseling website.
What is it that you are dealing with most of the time?
What is it that you encounter most often in your life?
It is your thoughts and emotions - wouldn't you agree?
Your thoughts and emotions generate your inner self-talk, and one of its most prominent qualities is that you cannot turn it off for a long time. Even those who have mastered the art of meditation, and are able to quiet their thoughts and emotions, eventually, must return to their self-talk.
The impossibility of turning off your self-talk for a long time means that your self-talk is not optional. And because it is not optional, you have to make sure that it works for you, rather than against you.
Your inner self-talk works like a powerful hypnotist in your life. Through its repetitious patterns, your self-talk conditions your subconscious mind.
And because most of your life is run by your subconscious conditionings, it is absolutely necessary that you are in charge of this non-optional conditioning process.
The most basic truth about your psyche is this: If you cannot control your thoughts and emotions, you will not be able to control anything else in your life.
Enabling you to be in charge of your mental processes, and advising you on various problems of life is the purpose of this website.
Why online counseling may be a necessity in your life?
I am past sixty now and have accumulated a large body of knowledge and understanding of human problems and their solutions, over the past 30 years of my clinical practice.
But even I - a professional mental-health-worker - still seek counseling and advice from my favorite counselor, my family members, and friends, whenever I have to deal with problems, which are either too risky or too difficult to be handled by my own problem-solving ability.
My failures have humbled me enough to consider counseling and advice seeking as the necessities of life.
For me, counseling and advice are not optional! The sooner you realize that they are necessary for your success in all departments of your existence, the sooner, you will be able to say goodbye to making mistakes, which could have been avoided.
I know first-hand how easy it is to end up in a ditch if we trust excessively in our own - unchecked and unverified - ideas.
I've been lucky to have found a wise man, who has served me as a personal counselor and advisor for almost quarter-century now. As you take a look at his image below, you will most likely see that he cannot see with his eyes.
Lawrence - my personal counselor and adviser
What you cannot see is his wisdom, which I have been fortunate to benefit from for many years.
Thanks to the development of the Internet, various forms of long-distance counseling have become widely accessible and affordable. Today, long-distance counseling is the modality of choice for all those who need help and solutions to various problems, and who cannot find or afford counseling help in the vicinity of their locations.
If you happen to be one of these people, consider long-distance counseling to be a necessity, in order to overcome, what otherwise could potentially create unnecessary suffering in your life.
I have started writing my online counseling website after three decades of private counseling and hypnotherapy practice.
I don't see many clients anymore in my office, but my urge to pass onto others what I have learned, and was able to successfully apply - in my life, and in the lives of my clients - persists. This urge is the driving force behind my writing this website.
For the most part, I have shifted from my stationary-office-practice to online counseling because I want to spend the rest of my life traveling and visiting various interesting places.
And as much as I would like to keep on moving from one place to another, I would also like to continue my life-mission of helping others overcome the negative patterns of their misbehaving minds.
My online counseling website allows me to do just that.
