We have a partnership with Embroker to provide discounted insurance for this specific form of representation; however, you may choose any malpractice insurance provider you’d like. Note: If you are in a state that does NOT require malpractice insurance and you’d like to move forward without obtaining malpractice insurance, you must disclose this in your Advisor Agreement and get written consent from your client prior to moving forward.
