The AI Bootcamp
Build real AI-native workflows with the help of experts. And you leave with it running, not just understood.
You leave with
Not concepts. Working systems, built live on your firm's real data.
A configured AI workspace
Wired to your email, calendar, documents, and practice management system.
Live workflows
Four to five workflows running on your actual matters, not demo files.
The full skills library
Every workflow we build, packaged to re-run, adapt, and hand to staff.
A 90-day roadmap
What your firm automates next, so momentum doesn't stop at week four.
The four weeks
Make your firm queryable
We connect your email, calendar, documents, and PMS (Clio, Lawmatics, MyCase, or none). You query your own data before the first session ends.
Client-facing workflows
Intake (matter summary, conflicts, engagement letter, welcome email) and client status updates, in your firm's voice.
Client relations and business development
How you communicate with clients when work comes in: scoping, status, and staying top of mind between matters. Plus a relationship engine that hands you weekly outreach targets and ready-to-edit drafts.
Durability and governance
Keep it all running without babysitting, add the guardrails that make it client-safe, and build your 90-day roadmap.
The weekly rhythm
Same shape every week. You're never more than a few days from live help.
Monday
90-minute live working session. Everyone builds.
Midweek
Open office hours. Come stuck, leave unstuck.
Friday
Short 1-on-1 slots for your firm's particulars.
All week
Private cohort Slack inside HeyCounsel.
Founding cohort pricing
One flat price per seat, everything included. This price and this much access won't repeat.

Questions you probably have
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email and a document folder, you can do this. Setup happens with you, live, and nobody gets left stuck.
How much time does it take each week?
The 90-minute Monday session plus an hour or two applying it to your own matters. Office hours and 1-on-1s are there when you need them, not homework.
What about client confidentiality?
Everything runs in your own accounts, on commercial terms where your data isn't used for training. Every workflow produces drafts for attorney review, and week four adds the governance layer that makes your setup defensible.
What tools do we use?
We teach on Claude and set up your account with you in week one. Already on other AI tools? Bring them, the workflow patterns carry over.
What happens after the four weeks?
You keep everything: the workspace, the workflows, the library, and the roadmap. The bootcamp is designed to leave you self-sufficient, not dependent.
Why only twelve seats?
Every attendee gets individual setup help and weekly 1-on-1s. Twelve is the most we can take while keeping that true. Beyond twelve, you're first in line for cohort 2.
Twelve seats. Four weeks.
Cohort 1 starts September 14, 2026. The application takes about five minutes, and your answers shape the curriculum.
